I received one too early today, from the same mysterious Julia, but not from the yahoo mail server but from an apparent business mail address, native-speaker.org, and addressed to "native speaker", not through my ProZ profile but as a direct email. I googled them and it seems to be a legit Middle East agency, but then on the other hand, the mail seemed to have come via yahoo.com (looking at the chain of communication that you can see in gmail by toggling "message in its original form". And there is no way to ascertain whether this Julia person does indeed belong to this agency at all. Be that as it may, the text of the email didn't smell nor look right to my suspicious nose. No information about the company, or who they are, or the subject of the translation or any other details that a bona fides outsourcer would indicate. So I simply deleted it, just as keshab suggested to proceed.
