Delete to Start of Segment (Mac)

CafeTran Espresso doesn't have a dedicated keyboard shortcut to delete everything up to the start of the current segment.

Instead, you can use: SHIFT+ALT+UP followed by BACKSPACE

With Keyboard Maestro you can create a simple macro:
