ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS REGISRO CIVIL ACTA DE NACIMIENTO: En nombre del estado de Veracruz de Ignacio de la Lave y como oficial del registro civil registro que los datos contenidos en la presente acta fueron transcritos fielmente del libro original respectivo.
A continuación se dio lectura en voz alta a la solicitud de matrimonio, a los documentos que con ella se presentaron y las diligencias practicadas- Previa protesta de decir verdad, interrogué a los testigos si los contrayentes son las mismas personas a que se refiere la solicitud y si les consta que no tienen impedimento legal para contraer nupcias y contestaron afirmativamente-
Acto continuo pregunté a los pretendientes si es su voluntad unirse en matrimonio y respondieron afirmativamente en consecuencia, llenados los requisitos que establece el Código Civil vigente, los declaré unidos en legítimo matrimonio. | Translation - English

BIRTH CERTIFICATE
On behalf of the state of Veracruz De Ignacio De La Llave and as an officer of the civil registry #1, I hereby certify that the information contained herein was accurately copied from the corresponding original book.
The application for marriage, the corresponding documents and the procedures were read aloud. Under oath, I inquired of the witnesses whether the bride and groom were the very persons listed in the application and whether they could confirm that the bride and groom had no legal impediment to enter into marriage to which inquiry they answered in the affirmative.
I then inquired of the applicants whether it was their wish to enter into marriage, to which they answered in the affirmative. Consequently, having met the requirements set forth by the Civil Code currently in effect, I pronounced them legally married.
